Our return policy is as follows and is non-negotiable:

1. If a product is unopened, it can be returned within 30 days for any reason for an exchange or refund minus any shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

2. If a product arrives damaged or beyond expiration or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will have the item picked up and send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to return your product:

Please package the item securely and send back to us with a shipping method that has tracking available. Include your original invoice with a note as to why you are returning the item. Any item can also be returned in store under the same policy.
