The barbell decline bench press is a compound exercise for the chest, shoulders, and triceps. An angle of 20 to 40-degrees below horizontal is best.

Lay supine on the decline bench.
Remove the bar from the rack.
Bend your elbows and lower the bar to the chest.
Press the bar until the arms are extended.
Repeat.
